Return & Refund Policy
At Nushnaari, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved curating it for you.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery of your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Unboxing video is mandatory.
- Sale / Final Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- In case of exchange, shipping of the replacement item will be arranged once the original product is received back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- In case of damaged/incorrect items, Nushnaari will cover the return shipping charges.
